A friend originally referred us to Diamond Duct Cleaning. We've used their services twice before and have been very satisfied every time. We are very happy to keep relying on their professionalism and honest/transparent work. Diya and Ahmed went above and beyond to help us add an extra intake vent during their usual cleaning process. They taught us about about air vent health and used live footage video so we could see their cleaning effectiveness. They are always polite and go the extra step to help. If only there were more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

Diamond Technicians are real professionals. They went over and above all expectations. All the vents in the house were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Their blowing machine very powerful, and one can hear the debris flying through. Both the furnace and the AC were cleaned, and I was able to check them with cameras.I would recommend them to anyone any day. These guys were great. They fit me in the day after I call, I’m not sure if I was lucky, but happy. They did a great job, cleaned everything put it all back and tidied up the mess. I’m very happy i called these guys, there was so many options and I think they’re the best.

I just had my furnace and ducts serviced by Diamond Duct Cleaning and wanted to share that they did a wonderful job. They were precisely on time. Both of the gentleman working on my home were very courteous and took the extra time to show me things and give me several great pointers about maintaining my HVAC system. Excellent service and professionalism. The communication was very smooth and the team was always very responsive. Diya and his team arrived on time on the date and the cleaning was superb. They showed you on video the before and after photos and you can tell they put great efforts into the cleaning. Price is excellent. Highly recommended.

We used this company for duct cleaning after doing renovations and were really happy with the service. They were professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and overall, nice people. Diya was very helpful, and took the time to explain everything and show us their work. Their price was also very reasonable! They had to come twice to my place as I had to reschedule them first time due to my misunderstanding but these guys were absolute professionals about it and they pleasantly rescheduled it. I have used their services first time after getting recommendations for them from my friend and boy, they absolutely did an EXCELLENT....EXCELLENT job cleaning not only ducts but they also thoroughly cleaned the furnace fan, replaced filters, punched holes in ducts to create room for snake and swiper. Absolutely no hassle. After the job is done, I offered them tip as well but to my surprise they refused the tips, saying that no tips required as they got paid for the job they done. Not sure how else you want to define professionalism. Needless too say, I will avail their services again...
