Excellent, quality products and phenomenal customer service. I was a first-time shopper and Andrew (one of the owners) walked me through the process of premium cigar selection. Great variety of products and something for everyone - I bought several premium cigars as well as a bulk box. The store will not ruin your budget - there is something for everyone. I brought the cigars up for a bachelor party and they were a hit. Cutter worked well. Will return again for the service and quality products. Thank you again Andrew for all your help.

Cannot say enough good things about Havana Castle. Amazing staff, very friendly and happy to discuss the cigars they carry to help you find what suits your taste best. They are my go-to. Try their house blends as well, their Liga Privada is incredible and very accurate, at a really great price point. And the Yellow front street is my choice of budget stick. Highly recommend!

Andy is fantastic, he is knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The store it's self is well stocked with an wide selection of both Cuban and non Cuban cigars, prices are by far the best around I recommend it to any one... update for 2022. Still amazing I have been getting cigars here for years now and it will remaine a customer long I to the future

I always have a fantastic journey at Havana Castle. Every time I go in I get excellent recommendations on new cigars and I always love getting enticed by the newest lighters and cigar cutters. Was just in today when one of my cigar lighters lost a screw ... as always, the manager repaired the lighter on site which you can believe; exceeded all expectation.Thanks gents. Made my day.Jim

As an intermediate cigar smoker, this is the best cigar shop I have been to. Large selection of cigar accessories and cigars, along with their fabled house blends. Knowledgable and friendly staff helped me put together a diverse selection of house blends for an excellent price.

Great selection of cigars and smoking accessories. The store is clean and well organized. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me to choose the right cigars for a gift (even more valuable when you know NOTHING about cigars hah). Definitely recommend!

Love this place! I work in Oakville, so this is the perfect pit stop to pick up a good cigar for the ride home.I love this place because the selection is amazing. The humidor is well stocked and the cigars are preserved perfectly. In my experience the hardest part of finding a good cigar is finding a place that takes care of them in a proper humidor, I found my place.I don't know the male who is working there more often than not. I don't know if he is the owner or manager or what but what I do know is when you go in he makes you feel more like a friend just hanging out rather than just a customer off the street.Give Havana Castle Cigars a try the next time you want to relax the afternoon away with a good stogie!
