She is punctual, polite and is very knowledgeable in her field. I had an old 1950's home that I wanted help with and the ideas she gave me helped guide my decisions on the renovations. I worked with Alison recently to update my rental condo in Bridgeland to get it ready to sell. Using her suggestions (and contractor referrals), I was able to complete all the renovations (new paint throughout, new bathtub surround/mirror/lighting, replaced a few appliances, installed kitchen island) in less than 2 weeks and the CONDO SOLD 2 WEEKS later!I love her approach, very pragmatic and a solid knowledge on current trends and what buyers are looking for. We spent 2hrs together walking through the 1000sqft 2 bedroom unit and created a to-do list of repairs/renovations and staging notes complete with what pieces to buy and where. All I had to do was execute!Thank you thank you Alison... without your experienced eye, I'm sure this place would have been on the market for months!I definitely will be working with Alison again, this time to design my home!
