Patriot's Hot Tub Repair

I have nothing but praise for Ryan. He replumbed an 18 year old spa for us and we saved thousands not having to buy a new one. His prices are extremely fair and he’s a nice guy too.

My wife and I contacted Patriot's Pool and Spa to do some repairs on our aging spa. Our home is on Whidbey Island and it is often difficult to find service people willing to come here. Not so with Ryan and his wife at Patriot's Pool and Spa. Ryan coordinated everything we needed through an exchange of photos and emails. On the day scheduled for our repairs he and his wife showed up, pitched a tent to keep the rain off of them, and quickly replaced our old pump, heater and filter. Had Ryan out to repair our spa in the snow! This guy is great. He had to replace a circulating pump motor, which would have cost us more ordering it through the internet. The first pump had been damaged in shipping so he had to make a second trip without complaining. He is very fair, reasonable and gave us some very good advice. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan was great! He was responsive, professional, timely and delivered quality service at a reasonable value. We have an older Dimension One Spa and had issues with a circ pump and associated flow sensor. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and other issues that were discovered in the process of fixing the pump issue. After purchasing a cedar hot tub kit from a company in Canada and hiring a deck company to put it together, I thought I'd have a terrible time of finding someone to install it and get it working. How fortunate I was to find Ryan, owner of Patriots Pool and Spa. We discovered that this company had glued all the PVC pipe together with a non-PVC glue. Ryan took on the task of replacing all the PVC tubing that had incorrectly been glued. He has the knowledge and skill to handle about anything when it comes to hot tubs. I can't tell how much I appreciate his abilities and knowledge. He truly saved my cedar hot tub. I would recommend him to build, repair and improve ant hot tub.

Can't say enough good things about Ryan at Patriot's. I called several folks about our hot tub problem; he was the only one who 1) responded promptly and 2) actually knew the answer. He came out, diagnosed the problem (bad circuit board on our heater), offered to order the needed part, found it promptly at a very good price, and installed it.
