Next Level Chimneys

My review is based on an inspection visit for chimney removal only. Scheduling the visit was convenient. The technician arrived on time, gave us our estimate, and answered all of our questions. Online payment was convenient. Overall, this company seems very professional and they care about service.

Today wrapped up the second day of repair work on our 1928 chimney that had flashing, mortar, and a crown in very bad shape. The team who came to complete the repairs did an excellent job keeping us informed on what was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and the intended positive outcome. We've had an issue with rainwater leaking into our finished attic as a result of the chimney flashing and mortar failing. Next Level Chimneys assessed the situation and had a repair plan in place for us quickly and easily. They also cleaned our chimney at lightning speed! We will definitely call them again when our next cleaning/inspection is due. 10/10 would recommend.

Update: Decided to use these guys again to inspect our fireplace and wood burning stove in our new home to make sure they were safe and ready to use. Showed up on time, walked us through everything and got things looked at and cleaned up from the prior owners and recommended fixes on a few things that need it. Fully recommend after a second service and we’ll plan to use them again when we need it!Initial Review: Had to have an inspection and cleaning done upon move out from a rental and the two guys that came were there early and ready to go and made sure everything was documented in the report well so I could provide it to my landlord. Reasonably priced and scheduling was super easy as well!

I am very happy with my chimney cleaning + inspection service. All communication with Next Level Chimneys was prompt, friendly, and professional, and I appreciated that texting was an option. Jesse (our technician) was able to come early and let me know well in advance when to expect him, and he was professional and thorough during the visit. Billing and payment was very easy with cash, check, or card options. I look forward to having them come back for our next service!

This company lives up to its name! They are friendly and professional, answered all of my questions over the phone and email (and there were many questions) and provided excellent service. What impressed me the most is that the crew kept our house clean while rebuilding the firebox and deep cleaning our second fireplace.I will definitely use their service in the future.

We were very pleased with the thoroughness of the chimney inspection that Next Level Chimneys did. The technicians provided plenty of photos, and walked us through each issue with our chimney and fireplace, and gave us a detailed estimate of each item. When we proceeded with the work, Darrell and Zach did a thoroughly professional job, again walking us through each repair, explaining the work being done, and showing us photos of everything. Very satisfied with the work, and would highly recommend them.

Great group of guys showed up a day earlier wich was great I was in a crunch.. did fantastic job to fireplace hearth highly recommend especially if you want it done right the first time.

I would like to start by saying Excellent Job, Well Done! To start I had a few estimates that were all in the same ball park dollar figure. I spent some time looking at the reviews for the services provided and tossing out the reviews that complained about the cost but did not have any work done (I consider that their loss!). Our wood stove insert was installed 30+ years ago and done to code at that time by the company that sold us the insert. The cleaning over that time by other companies was not as thorough as it should have been due to the original installation. The register plate between the stove and the smoke chamber did not have an access panel to allow for proper cleaning. Also, the fire bricks in the bottom of our stove were never properly installed and were blocking most of the air intake. All of these things were identified and corrected by Next Level Chimneys. Inspection of our stove was found to be in great shape (we used it a lot when the power went out). We decided to keep the stove and have a flue pipe installed from the stove up through the chimney exit. This required the register plate removal then Damper removal (which should have been removed 30+ years ago when the register plate was installed). With all the issues found from the original chimney work, The Next Level Chimneys team focused on doing the job right and correctly fixed everything for us including the air intake issue with our stove. The original estimate and the actual bill for the work done were still very close. Also, they tested the stove before they finished to ensure it worked properly. I have to say the stove has never worked that well before; even when it was first installed. Now, we are having them fix the flashing around the chimney and some additional crown work as well as soon as we can. We were able to break up the work into phases which other companies were not able to provide. We are so pleased with excellent and professional work and outcome. We selected Next Level Chimneys to repair our chimney after we began having leaks. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection and their detailed estimate and project description. They weren't the cheapest bid we received, but they seemed to have the best plan for fixing our problem. Their work crews at all stages were very professional and good with clean up, and everything was done right on time according to the plan they laid out at the beginning. We've now been through two very heavy rains with no leakage, so we're very happy with the results.
