I bought a leather sofa set from the brick in 2021 with the 5 year extended warranty. I was promised if there were any damage the brick would resolve the problem in my couch or replace it. The sales person Lucy with the manager at time Jawad reassured me. But now when there is a problem there is no response. Everyone is backing away! My daughter called and booked appointment for a brick technician to come and view the sofa. Afterwards there was nothing said or done! no response we have been waiting for over a year? This is ridiculous. Moreover Susan the customer service manager is being very arrogant she is very difficult to communicate with. Why do we buy warranties? To make sure the items we purchase from the brick are insured if there are any intentional damages. Unfortunately that is not the case. The warranty at the Richmond store is another way of taking your money out of your pocket, but when you need it is useless dollars spent!!! I am not able to resolve this issue at the store level. Is the company willing to do anything?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a moffat stove from here. It’s still under one year warranty and I’ve had nothing but problems. 2 burners stopped working months ago and a third one blew up today. Waited 2 months to have the first 2 fixed. Service man is out today and said his service call is only for the first 2 not the one that blew up today. Don’t buy appliances here your warranty will get wasted on waiting around months for service calls. This will be the last time I buy from the brick !

Mickail was helpful and a very nice guy. Friendly service, and complimented my hair. I trust his recommendation on the bed I bought, and he gave me a very good price. It was on sale. Highly recommend. Lots of wonderful merchandise.

Highly recommend!After already buying a New sectional 1 year ago, my wife and I decided on a Couch and love seat combo. Planning on taking our time by visiting a few places, we returned to the same Brick location on our first stop, where we were met by Mickail. We told him a list of what we were looking for, and he took the time to show us options suiting our needs.Soon after, the deal was done, and pleased it was a 1 stop shop! This is why we keep returning when needing items for our home! Great job and highly recommend!Initially, we were thinking of selling our 1 year old sectional, but have decided to donate it to a family in need.

I had a wonderful experience at the Brick store! The wide variety of furniture options allowed us to choose from different models. Jennifer provided excellent assistance in helping us purchase mattresses, a bed, and a sofa. She went above and beyond, staying until 10pm to ensure we could complete our shopping. I highly recommend the Brick store for their great selection and exceptional service!

We got new tv stand, coffee table and the 2 dressers. Qualities are good, love the colors, gonna receive the dark chocolate colors soon. Excited to renew our bedroom and living room. Everything is gonna match now!)

Adam was the sales person who attended to my wife and I during our visit in The Brick Richmond store. Very professional service, very knowledgeable, and given us lots of advices... Most importantly, given us a good price when we got our new 6-pieces dining table set.... Highly recommended Adam when you visit The Brick !
