Stopped in to get a deraileur, rear cassette, chain and shifter cable this morning. Very quick service, super friendly and knowledgeable. Told me exactly what I did/didn't need and future things to look out for. Very reasonable prices, will be back in a heartbeat.

Owner of the store gladly offered to order handlebar cork wrap in for purchase since the item was not in stock. Said the item would come in a week, and that he would call by Wednesday (a week later) and if he didn't, told me to call and inquire. I didn't receive a call so I called and he said he hadn't sent the order in and to check again. Called two weeks later, still doesn't have the item. Poor customer service. Would rather go to Mike's Bike Shop. Not sorry.

Went in with a bike that needed repairingHad to wait cause he was busy telling off a customer on the phoneThen once he was done with that customer he began telling me off, swearing etc.Like I was wasting his valuable time.Worse service I've ever experienced in my life, will never set foot in there again.

I went for some advice about e-bikes and asked a bunch of different questions and he answered all of them until I had nothing left to ask! Very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me great tips and a few leads on what to look for and also his and his friends experiences with different brands! I will be back for sure!

Bob and Adam are wonderful people, they helped me understand what bike would suit me best, and tuned up my current mountain bike! 45$ with tax and it feels completely different. You literally cannot go wrong with bringing your bike in.

Excellent place! If you are looking for a bike you should pay a visit! The owner is so nice and patient. I am beginner and he help me to figure out the best model / size for my needs. Strongly recommend!
