This is a great company to work with - from the minute my call was answered the professional service began. I had all of the work done within days. The workmen were on time, knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up when they left. Shawn gave me his recommendation, a quote and there were no surprises. We’re very happy that Quality Home Services looks after all of our heating and cooling needs!

Sean and his wife and his Team at Quality totally came to our rescue Dec. 22 2021, just 6 months after we moved to Iron Bridge Court. It was the recommendation of the majority of our street that unanimously introduced us to Quality. Sean came in a few days before Christmas and installed a new hvac system, AC, heater and brand new water tank. They also replaced our pipes and ducts. Just in time for our visiting daughter and husband from Wisconsin. Thank you again Quality you are awesome. Great customer service too.(sorry my photos don’t do the pipes justice)

We have used Quality Home Services for a few smaller jobs around the house, as well as they installed the furnace/ac prior to us buying our house. Had an issue with the AC, spoke to Jennifer, rather than doing what most do, which is get a tech out to look, she gave a quick diagnostic over the phone, gave me a few suggestions and advised if I was still having issues, to call back in the morning. Well, issue resolved! Thanks Jennifer, it is rare in this day and age to get such great service, especially as I wasn't technically even a customer! Thanks again!

Recently I purchased a new furnace from Shawn at Quality Home Services. I was so pleased with his prompt and expert service. His receptionist, Jennifer, was pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated Shawn’s willingness to explain clearly the problems I had had with my old furnace. We first used Quality Home Services earlier this year with a new Hot Water Heater. They did such an amazing job with that install that we decided to use them to convert from an Oil Furnace and Air Conditioner to Propane Furnace and a Heat Pump. Once again I cannot say enough good about this company. They gave us a quote which we agreed to and booked the install. Shaun took care of all the details for us which consisted of arranging pumping out the remaining oil and removing the tank. This was so very helpful to us and appreciated. He also arranged a Propane Tank Install for us which again saved us so much stress. The men worked all day and when done cleaned up everything, took away all garbage, got rid of the old furnace and air conditioner. We could not ask for more. This company is second to none and I highly recommend Shaun and his crew.
