Had to make an impromptu stop at this Bell centre. Needed to get an upgrade for my daughters phone. Sometimes this can be nerve racking, but the young sales associate made it the visit stress free.

I used the online chat feature today to get help to change my phone number as I moved. What a nightmare!!!!The person at Bell did not tell me that to get the new number she would be resetting my rate plan and that my current rate plan is no longer available!So on top of paying them $35 for changing the number, I will have to pay an additional $10.04 per month for the same service????Not only this but when I backed out and said no she did the change then lied and said she hadn't and then my phone stopped working. Like, agree to the new rate or else!!!I finally got a new rep to fix the phone (had to reset my voicemail) through online chat as the phone wouldn't even call Bell! But my old rate is no longer available so they still expect me to pay more due to their employee's mistake!Offered a 1-time credit but not enough to cover the difference over the balance of the agreement!When I called and asked to talk to the retention department the customer service person refused. put me through to her supervisor... who then said he was retention but couldn't give me a retention rate plan so he lied!When I asked to talk to his boss he said they could call me back in 24-72 hours! What a joke!!!So to summarize... 2 hours of my time wasted! 1.5 hours without service! And I'm supposed to pay more!!!!Please Please... save yourself the hassle and do business with someone else!

Went there for help with changing from a newly purchased phone to an older one. Preet was so very helpful and totally restored my faith in Bell. I highly recommend using this store and greatly appreciate his assistance.

Myself and my elderly Granny went in and talked to Preet at the Country Club location. He was very kind and patient with us. Preet helped us with a lot of empathy and I would recommend him and he services to anyone. Thank you.

Terrible customer service experience at the Bell kiosk in Country Club Mall. The agent Eric was lazy and treated me like an unwelcome interruption despite the mall being completely dead. He refused to help me with an existing account issue and was rude about it. He told me they don't offer customer service at that location and told me to call the 800 number. Even if this was true he could have been nicer about it. I left feeling like a I was not a valued customer.
