It's very hit and miss with this store. Sometime the staff will provide support and guidance to the customers (only a few staff members will go above and beyond) those few staff members always remember me from before and know they outfits I have bought from dynamite .Then other days going back to my most recent visit ( FEB.25.2017 ) I just found as soon as I walked into the store I was being judged on my look.. I'm 19 years old but I do sometimes look young. None of the staff wanted to support me with finding the perfect outfit for a big job interview I have coming up. Was constantly being told that's the old-style" we don't have it but as I went out and I looked after being done in the fitting rooms I found it."

Will never shop here again!! I bought a dress for a NYE party that was cancelled. I tried to return the dress, in brand new condition, tags attached. The store manager told me it wasn’t in saleable condition because of some makeup on the collar, presumably from when someone else had tried it on in the store. It could probably be wiped off with a wet towel if I had even noticed it ahead of time.So now it’s up to me to complain to their head office and take to Twitter to plead my case. Total b.s. If you buy here, forget about returning. And, by the way, it was the store manager that told me to complain elsewhere. She certainly understands how to put the customer first!

I love to shop here it's my first stop at the mall before guess than danier leather.Wish they'd offer more variety in blouses,brighter colors that aren't crop tops which they sell by the dozen...can't wear a crop top to work unless it's a bar.

Terrible customer service. I had placed an order online. When I received it one shirt had the price and size tag on dangling by 1 thread and it fell off and the other tag was cut. Not surprised as my last couple orders things were missing tags or looked used. The shirts fit weird and I was going to return then but had a death in my family so by the time I made it to the store it was near the end of the 30 day return period but still within 30 days. I went to this location and my sister was trying to do the return for me as I was at the food court ordering a drink. The employee was telling her it was suspicious that the tags were both off the same size shirts and that she was going to have to treat this as a final sale. You can't just change you policy to final sale after someone buys it. It was also not even what she was saying even though she was saying basically the shirt was worn and the tags didn't come not attached or hanging on by one thread. I rushed to the store as my sister was doing me a favor and this employee was being extremely rude to her. The employee stated she needed to call her manager. The employee also stated that I should have contacted customer service earlier. I had more important things to deal with and I don't think you should be treated differently based on when in your 30 day return period you do yours return. Employees are so snotty here and I don't appreciate then calling me or my sister a liar. In the end they did accept my return but don't call me a liar when Dynamite made a mistake and again I don't appreciate the attitude.

The manager of this location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately she perpetuates this behavior to her staff. It's obvious she has chosen her career but setting this example for the young people in her store sets them up for failure. Dynamite should choose better people to represent their company. I will never shop with dynamite because of her abhorrent behavior.

I was shopping last min ( an hour before a bridal shower ) because I recently had a baby and none of my formula wear fit me anymore. The sales associate at oshawa Center dynamite went above and beyond for me, she helped me pick out a dress that I felt confident in and she also steamed it for me after purchase so it looked prefect for the shower ( the steaming was her suggestion as well I didn’t know this was even possible )It so very heart warming to be treated with such kindness while shopping when I wasn’t feeling to kind towards myself. Lovely woman who work there and I’ll be recommending this location to all my girlfriends and family members

Nice selection of apparel for work or casual wear. Enjoyed the staff member who helped us and the atmosphere. The prices are fair and exactly what you would expect. I'm really disappointed it what was one of maybe 2-3 stores in the entire mall that didn't have any sales at all, and the staff couldn't tell me if they were having any boxing week sales? Not a great last impression of my first experience at Dynamite

Not only impressed with the customer service and return policy. I purchased two dresses for my mother and I was advised I could return them as long as I have my receipt and was within 30 days. However, when I went to return them today, I was advised that because the tags were removed (although) present all they could offer me was an exchange. Eventually, I asked for a gift card because the items weren't for me. Had I known I had to leave the tags on I would have. Having the receipt and tags apparently still isn't good enough for a return. Sales associates should advise of that upon purchase.

My favorite Dynamite location! The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me! The associates are always dressed in the newest and latest trends from Dynamite , I usually buy entire outfits because of it!! I Love the vibe I get off of all of the girls it feels as though I'm shopping with friends. I have absolutely no complaints with this location, I'm always extremely satisfied after leaving!! Thank you Krysta, Penny, Amanda and all the other associates that make the Oshawa Dynamite such a great shopping experience!!

My wife bought a jacket online It arrived without a belt because it comes with a belt I went to the store to exchange it they told me there is the same one at the store and they give me the wrong 1 I didn't notice I came home and I found out it's the wrong jacket. But employees are great and they do help though!!
