CIBC Branch with ATM

Never ever walk in to a mortgage specialist in this branch unless you have a reference about their service. You will see lots of advisers sitting in a cab with different skills you can't judge them, some are completely inexperienced, uneducated, lazy and unprofessional. There might be some professionals too. The adviser I walk in this branch Nava Darshan has Zero customer service, never ever pick up the phone or reply to the email. The only option to get updates, spend time and money for parking to visit him in person.He made lots of empty promises for his business. He promised 100% my mortgage approval and asked to sign the final purchase agreement and put the deposit. After few days he said he couldn't approved the mortgage against his promise. Thanks God, I got my 10% deposit back from the seller which they don't have to return.My mistake, I given him another chance for buying my another property, he made empty promises again, promised my mortgage $220k approved and will give the confirmation letter within a week. Even after one and half months, a day before closing date of my property he didn't approved my mortgage. I went to the Rbc and renoved my old application, they approved me mortgage within a day for $300k and closed my property on time. My mortgage experience in this branch was terrible.

The staff at the branch are amazing, always friendly and helpful. I have difficulties standing in the queue and many times someone approaches me and helps me in the office where I can sit. This is a very busy location but I still visit there for the great service.

Yesterday from your number to me was called some foolish Russian and asked if I was talking in Russian.Today, it seems the same fool called me and asked the same question, but the telephone number showed from the TD bank.I am interested in why you are hiring these impudent Russians?

I am personally very satisfied with the assistance of Mr.Parth at this branch. He really helped me solve all my problems with my bank account.

Wonder how this bank has 3 stars rating. They never answer calls, and even when they answer they don't have answers to your questions. They will try to wrap up your call and say they will call back but never do. Even when you book online telephone appointment they never call you. Save your time and money and stay away from this bank

Visited this branch on Saturday. There is huge construction noise upstairs. Even worse, nobody shows at the counter for 10 minutes, making all the customers wait and bear such harsh noise. The staff on that day is not friendly. Basically, she would coldly reject any request from you without any willingness to provide warm service and build relationships with CIBC customers. Sad and disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at this CIBC location. Sofie assisted me in setting up my student account and walked me through all of the steps effortlessly. The bank manager, Monica, is a very lovely woman. Her good relationship with her staff comes across through the pleasant atmosphere in this branch. My experience at the branch was very good. The tellers Jason and Prateek served me. They were very courteous and helpful. I got major help from Peter Kwon. I was facing some issues and he helped solve them. He is very nice and I am very thankful to him. He also informed me about some good investment options that will benefit me. Keep up the good work!!!
