This place is a joke. Made several attempts to get help from them and it has been a disaster. Two days ago they finally called me back after missing our first meeting last week. We were supposed to have an intake meeting yesterday but instead the person called a day earlier. I tried calling back several times but the person did not answer my calls nor did he attempt to return my calls. I waited to see he he would call back yesterday but of course they did not.

We are fighting for our lives and cant even get any of these people on the phone. It's been busy for over an hour. When we do get through, it's a machine and then they call us back and dont give us the detailed info we want but rather tell us to call back. It's a real joke of an operation and pathetic that they get government funding. Not surprised.....

They don’t have and aren’t paired with any psychological, let alone psychiatric services, which will leave patients in a revolving door type situation during and after attending.If you’re fluent enough in French would recommend the CHUM, which is pretty much the only place in Montreal you can get addiction and psychiatric care at the same time.They don’t offer this here (Foster), and will stick with an archaic AA type model.
