Received a quote for work completed and then received another charge for the same work quoted in the quote. Was told work was to be completed in a week. They didn't complete the work for 3 1/2 weeks. Spoke with the owner regarding the charges and it took him 2 months to get back to me. I am still waiting for some type of resolution.

What a bad experience. The owner lied to us, overcharged us for installation and didn't clean up there mess. The worse part was the installation. Very poor workmanship.

One star is overrating this place. Insatllbwas sub par and the owner came and got into an altercation with the landlord cursing and swearing in front of my kids. Gary is the owner and is the most unprofessional person or business owner I've ever had the displeasure of meeting or dealing with. Awful place ... awful man

Over priced!!! Purchased a roll of linoleum and thought I was getting a good deal. Brought it home only to find a lower priced sale tag that had the exact 13x10 dimensions and same name of flooring written on it was stuffed inside the cardboard tube. I took the lower priced sale tag back into the store to see if he would at least refund the difference but was flat out told No! I then went to another local flooring place and got an excellent deal on a better quality sheet of linoleum. I do not recommend buying your flooring here. There are much better local places to spend your money.

Great little store. Has great pricing and no big box store gimmicks. Best Bang for your buck. Has made in Canada products in carpet hardwood and laminate. check them out!
