We are very pleased with the service from our landlord Maristella. Maristella is an amazing lady who always cares about her tenants and their needs. Anytime that something needs to be fixed Maristella is always on top of it. Maristella treats her tenants with respect and she is always happy to help. We are here for a pretty long time and we are always happy to see Maristella in our building. Our building is very well maintained and always clean. Thank you Maristella for doing such an amazing job!

Guys never rent at Kelsey Manor,Maristella is a bully, I asked to fix the patio door screen Maristella said I might fix it by myself… she said the management told her to say so. I emailed Braden equity then she threatened me that she will give me an eviction notice in her office because I reported her, that was my rights because flies and mosquitoes were entering my apartment. I decided to move out before she kick me out, I cleaned well the apartment but she said it was not clean, she will hire cleaners and pay them 30$ per hour for 7 hours. Maristella is giving tenants hard time that why they keep moving out.

do not move here the landlord is crazy and feels she can come into your place whenever she feels she took the lock off the door and came in while i was using the bathroom and that was more than once be weary of this place looks cute but youll have lots of issues

We lived one of our best years in this building Kelsey Manor which is managed by Braden Equities and ,the building manager Maristila she’s the best friendly helpful and provide a good service.I really recommend this building and area and neighborhood for everyone it’s lovely and safe.
