Took my son and daughter for an assessment and was very impressed with the follow up consult. The staff were very friendly and Dr. sam was very thorough. As a bonus the assessment was free with no obligation to proceed with treatment. I did decide to follow through with treatment recommendations for my for a jaw alignment issue that my dentist had oversaw but I had concerns about. Because of the treatment I was able to avoid longer term issues. Who knew! Glad I went to address jaw and not just teeth alignment as I dont get the feeling my dentist was skilled in complete ortho care. As for my daughter it was determined to wait and see which made me feel more confident that the clinic was not just about making business but about addressing actual issues and not those that may self correct. Strongly recommend.

Great place to be on all aspects. Very professional team, clean office, helpful staff and very informative doctor. It's a clinic with a heart. I called 2 days after my son had his braces because the wire was poking his cheeks. They had me bring him in right away and in less than 10 minutes, we were in and out feeling much better. Michelle and Dr. Gordon are amazing.

After shopping around for the best orthodontic care for our daughter, we found Dr. Hurd. We couldn't be happier. He is amazing with kids. He very thoroughly explained the procedure which was very reasonably priced as compare to other places we went to. We never thought that or 9 yr. old (now 11) would be so excited to visit their office. The staff is so friendly and cheerful. If definitely recommend him to anyone.

My daughter had her braces done by Doctor Sam. He and all of his staff were so helpful, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. We were always greeted by the smiling face of Michelle at every visit. I highly recommend these guys.

My family has gone to this branch for almost 10 years. We’ve have seen 3 kids, including myself, through Dr Hurd.Recently had a demeaning experience with the office manager who resorted to personal character attacks and threatened to call a collections agency after having an initial assessment for a new treatment. Careful! Not the best demeanour from an office manager that should be focused on customer service. Due to this coercive approach, this procedure will be taking place elsewhere. Unfortunately this was a liability to the otherwise very accommodating facility and staff.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to speak to younger kids and put their minds at ease and explain the entire appointment so that the kids know exactly what to expect.

Can't say enough about how positive our experience has been! From the moment my son began the orthodontic process 2 1/2 years ago, we have received outstanding professional service. Staff are very friendly, run on schedule and explain the treatment(s) thoroughly. Dr. Sam is a perfectionist and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best smile possible.

My teeth started moving last year with my front tooth dropping back and the lateral moving forward...who knew at 60 that teeth could suddenly start moving?Dr. Gordon put together a plan to correct the problem and realign my teeth. My smile just keeps getting better. Staff are always polite, upbeat and professional. Everyone seems to enjoys what they do. This week, the screw on my retainer stripped. Dr. Gordon has ordered a new retainer at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon & Village Orthodontics.

The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly while I was there. They very clearly and knowledgeably answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the costs and expected outcomes if I were to get clear retainers. Would absolutely reccomend them to friends or family.
