Great service from Matt! Super helpful and friendly. Really went the extra mile to get me the best offer

Had been dealing with Matt at this location for several years. He seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my last experience was a big disappointment. He had promised me that the telecom I was signing up with through him and the PC Mobile Shop would be crediting me for the connection/activation fee. Three months later and after several follow-ups with Matt and assurances he would follow up to obtain that connection/activation adjustment fee he promised, nothing has happened. Finally, I dealt with the Telecom directly, threatening to walk away to a competitor, the Telecom adjusted my account. Thanks to my efforts and no thanks to Matt. My advice, buyer beware, get it in writing. I trusted Matt on his word, shame on me. As well, if Matt had made a mistake and offered a discount which was not available, he just had to own up to his mistake (give me store credit or something) and not make me waste my time following up countless times with him. You have lost me as a customer!

Shout-out to David at this TMS location for managing to secure me a phone that was sold out across the country and helping us get the best available plans for Black Friday week. We're very happy with his service!

After having an issue with another location of PC mobile shop, drove to this location.The gentleman at this location had the SIM cards I was looking for, the location gave me other options that were available for my daughter, that would serve her better. We decided to go with their suggestion.We really appreciate the effort put forth...

Went to pick up a hub and looked into purchasing a new cell phone. Gentleman was very helpful along those lines and friendly. I would suggest that when his boss calls that he tells his boss that he's with a customer and will call him back or have his boss called him back and NOT keep the customer waiting.

The customer service provided by Matt Collura at the Mobile Shop in Gloucester Center's Loblaws is honestly unmatched. I am not one that writes many reviews, but the consistency of the stellar service provided warrants a review.Matt sold me my first phone from the Mobile shop approx 5 years ago, and has consistently been incredibly helpful,  knowledgeable, and patient (especially with tech-challenged clients like myself!). He goes above and beyond to make sure every client leaves satisfied.In all honesty, Matt Collura is the number one reason I have remained a loyal client of Mobile Shop.

I went in today looking for a new phone and plan. I was helped by Kyle. He took the time to explain the pros of each promotion from each company on plans and phones and helped me make a decision for the best one for what I wanted. He helped me set up the new phone and transfer my data. Kyle definitely has earned my return business. I will recommend to all my friends and family to go see Kyle, the man, the myth, the MOBILIST!

What a great attendant. I was helped by Aaron who was so very helpful. I bought two new phones and switched my old phones to my kids. Aaron walked me through plan options then helped with the transfers and set ups to get us going. Even shopped with me to select cases. He was also available to assist once I got home and could call him for assistance. The best service.
