He was able to share the listing, and arrange for us to be the first to see it within hours of it going live. His professionalism, expertise, and kind heart helped make our first home buying experience an excellent one. Brett was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a very particular set of parameters to work with and he stuck with us for almost a year navigating a tricky market to find something within our budget. He was always on top of the newest search results and got our offer in very quickly. He was very flexible and found many great options to look at until we found the best fit. He was very focused on finding us exactly what we wanted and never pushed us to move faster, in fact steering us away from places he didn’t think were good enough. I would highly recommend him and his associate Tim that helped us with viewings when Brett was unavailable. We also love that he donates some of his proceeds to a charity of your choice. Without a doubt he is a great realtor!

Brett was amazing!!! He knew exactly what I was looking for on the first day we went to look at homes. In three weeks we had an offer on a place. We’ve worked with Tim a number of times over the years and have always had a great experience. Most recently we asked him to sell our townhouse (no small feat in this market) and help us purchase a larger home for our growing family. With much perseverance our Townhouse sold this summer, way sooner than we thought it would, and we were able to really commit to looking for something new.Tim was quick to respond when we asked about a property and got us showings fast.
