Just called Customer Service and tried to determine how to get voice recognition working on our 2023 Tucson. The customer service rep basically read the instructions, told us it was industry standard to have to use the data in our phone to make hands free calls. When we asked to speak to somebody knowledgeable she indicated we were the only ones who complained and she did not know where to send us. With that the call was disconnected.

Had problem with body panel months after purchasing a Hyundai. After taking it to the dealership they said they can’t fixed the body panel. Strange??? Asked again same issue. Come to the present and other parts are falling off the dealer and corporate said I should have brought it up before the warranty ended. Did do that!! Nothing noted in the file. Now they leave me holding the bag!! No support! No customer support! No loyalty! Unfortunately no more Hyundai’s for this disappointed customer! Stay away!

Liked my Santa Fe in the beginning, bought new in 18, 4 years in rust is already appearing above the windshield in many spots and they are not rock chips. Car was spuddering, would not advance without giving you whiplash, had it towed. They told me it was spark plugs knowing it was something with the transmission, but they charged me $280 to change. 2 days later, the transmission goes. Warranty work, yes. Transmission is on back order and there are no cars to be had. Rental agency has none and they refuse to give me one off there lot. I paid for a warranty that says I get a vehicule to use when mine is in shop for warranty work, yet here I am walking to and from work. I am so irrate, I will never buy Hyundai again, as much as I like the car in the beginning. I cant believe customer service means so little to them. We are just a sale to them and nothing after the sale is done.

This was the worst customer experience ever. They kept pushing me away, talking about we will call you back. No one reached out and I kept calling back at 10 day intervals to know the status of my request. I finally had to abandon my call at the dealership as they stopped picking my calls altogether.I can never recommend this product to anyone interested in buying a durable car. There is always some recall and excuses not to fulfill the request.

Thumbs down since the most expensive models have more technology and less quality materials, such as upholstery, touch screens and rear cameras. Example an essential 2021 elantra, good upholstery, good rear camera and wireless auto android price 22000 dollars. An elantra preferred 2023 w tech, very low quality seat fabrics, low definition rear camera, larger touch screen but you need a cable to connect a phone worth 26,800 dollars

Hyundai Canada should be ashamed of themselves!I took my car in whenever I received a recall notice. In 2019 I took my car to the dealership for the engine recall, and in 2021 I submitted a claim with receipts for the class action settlement approval, yet my claim was denied.Eight months ago I noticed I had to keep topping up the oil in my engine even though I had faithfully changed the oil in my vehicle every 5000 km from the day I purchased it.Articles from the internet state:_Hyundai recalled around 270,000 Sonata sedans in September 2015 due to the possibility of metal shavings left within the crankshaft oil passages. These shavings could result in oil blocking, which can cause the connecting rod bearing to wear and possibly seize the engine._Many Sonata and Optima owners have reported tapping and knocking engines even with regular oil changes and engine maintenance.Hyundai Canada was aware of their defective engines in select models, and the costs to the consumers for additional maintenace and still they refused my claim. In January 2023, my car stalled and after one of their dealerships became involved, I finally received a new engine!I am pleased I received a new engine, however, Hyundai Canada should have stepped up sooner. In addition, I have to wonder if the other repairs I paid for were the result of their negligence.I purchased my first Hyundai in 1994 (Pony) and returned in 2014 (Sonata).I am currently in the market for a new vehicle. You can be sure it will NOT be a Hyundai!

STAY AWAY! I’ve been a loyal customer of Hyundai for well over 10 years. This is my experience with my new Hyundai Ioniq. It started with the door latch sensor not working, which is the first contact I had with Hyundai. I had it checked with them and they ordered a replacement part, that went fine. However, while I was waiting on the parts arrival, my cars battery kept getting drained and needed a boost 3 times. I called and asked for assistance where there were numerous problems. They couldn’t track the vin number, they refused that I had active service with them, so on and so forth. When I went to get the replacement done, I talked to them about the battery and was told that if the battery issue was related to the existing issue I would not pay the service fee for the AVR. However, after everything was said and done, they charged me over $50 for the supposedly “free” inspection. I brought it up to the manager but the manager was busy and did not take the time to help resolve the issue. He said that I had to pay as this specific testing was not covered under warranty, Over all, it was a terrible experience.

So much negativity, people need to chill, this is HQ not place thay sells the vehicles, dealer to dealer are different in attitude anyways, they added 2 more L3d and updated their terms of use. 20m is more than enough to charge and go.
