Customer service was horrendous. Cashier seemed annoyed while taking my drink order. I asked the barista if she could add a Splenda in the tea as I forgot to tell the cashier. She completely ignored me. Never indicated which drink was mine until I asked. My sister’s order was made wrong.

Great selection and super friendly service. I enjoy the samples as I rarely get out of my comfort zone! I find the staff enthusiastic and approachable. Help is always right there when you need it and they don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. I enjoy this location the most. Thanks for the great tea!

Went in and bought 3 rainbow tins, and 1 off the wall as Well as some agave sweetner.Staff member was super friendly but at the same time she double charged me for the most expensive item. And when I went in to fix it she told me the return was less an crumpled the receipt up an threw it out. I questioned it an had her dig it out, then finally I got the refund.Very suspicious behavior and it makes me wonder how often this happens.

As I'm a big big big fan of green tea my friend suggested this place and thought I'll give it a try. And now I'm a regular customer of theirs. Never dissappointed. Staffs amazing! Products amazing! I'll try new things each time I visit but African peppermint green tea is my all time fav !!!

I had a really complicated return for an overcharge at another store. The staff here were amazing and very accommodating! Super knowledgeable and offered us drinks to makeup for the wait. Great location! The manager should be super proud of their great staff.

Their staff is efficient and informative. In store or over the call, they will answer all your questions nicely.I like the variety of tea they carry. Their tea is effective as well. I recently purchased tea for cold and flu and it worked well.
