My daughter enjoys every single moment at Yoga-Tastic, she can't wait every week for her after-school program, I really feel excited for her too.She has learned to be calmer, to control her emotions in a better way, and to interact better with her friends with more self-confidence.The personalized treatment is awesome, the fact that the groups are not that big, creates a more approachable environment.I highly recommend Yoga-Tastic for every single kid looking for some extracurricular activities because it will add more value and personal attributes to your kids.

We held our 9 yr old girls' bday party here and they and their friends had a great time. Mr. Rich and Ms. Sandra put on a great show for the kids...having them all take part in aerial yoga and other fun activities...while teaching them the benefits of yoga...highly recommend this place for all ages...including adults...
