Fantastic service by city west. Our internet and phone lines were not working. Norelle as always was fantastic and got a technician out asap. Chris came out explained everything and worked hard to fix everything so quickly.Appreciate the great service

I have to give them three out of five unfortunately because I am just shocked that they don't give us any warning a head of time that they are increasing our internet on our bill it is bad enough because there are people like me who are on assistance warfare benefits which is not lot of money live off by the end of the month we are struggling to make end meats just being on low income assistance by the government

Always friendly service however been fighting poor internet over 10 years now in section 4 in Rupert . Still terrible internet , last service call internet was decent for 1 day then terrible again ... previous service call 11 days of decent internet then terrible again and this was all before the floods causing present disruptions

Great service first for internet then cable TV.. professional and quick.

I'm a new subscriber to Citywest and so far, my opinion is starting to drop. The live t.v. selection are okay. The speed and range of the internet/Wi-Fi connectivity is better than my last provider. But technical support is not there after hours. Within a month. I have lost service 3 times and had no tech support in the evenings when I loss service. Which fiber optic I should not be losing. It kinda sad qhen you pay for a service and most times you either loss it ot it lag. More tech support is needed

As far as cable companies go, most would say that they are all pretty bad. Well Citywest takes the trophy for terrible. I've been having issues with my internet for more than 6 weeks now and besides waiting 1-2 weeks between each of their attempt at fixing it, there isn't much else that I can do. I've been told someone will call you to set an appointment"

Hi,When I discovered we could get closed captions on some channels on our new TV but not on other channels, I contacted the CityWest customer service people.They confirmed they had the same trouble and that they'd refer the matter to their technicians.And when the customer service person called back the very next day back to ask if our problem was solved and she discovered it wasn't, she offered to send a tech to our house.Wade arrived within half an hour and after speaking to some of his people, the situation was resolved then and there and we now have closed captions on all channels.All in all, fast and efficient and friendly service. Purchased a house and tried to transfer existing internet over. Last technician they had on the house removed the gigabox(?) From the house, which is required for service. Made us wait a week for them to come fix THEIR mistake, and they didnt show up during the hours they said. I write this review while waiting for someone to show up. If there were another option for service in this town I would go with company thats a little more customer oriented.

1 star. Why? Because my internet cuts out almost every other month with some weird issue that can't be explained
