The owner wrote off my external hard drive within one minute of walking through the door. I took it to Onsite in Cobourg and they recovered all of the files quickly. I called Eve, the owner, to discuss my dissatisfaction and she hung up on me. Not good when I have gone out of my way to support this local business.

When i went in and talked about some problems I was having, recommended other solutions to try before just taking my money. When none of those worked, they were happy to take a look at it. Was very prompt, only taking a day, and while my problem wasn't fixed (by no fault of theirs), they told their opinion and next steps i could take. Even applied fresh thermal paste after reseating the cpu. Will definitely go back if I have issue in the future.

After checking Google reviews about Computer Solutions I was surprised with the polar views. People either loved the place or hated it. I contacted them on their web page asking if they could provide services for me. Apparently they couldn't, or didn't want to because they never even bothered getting back to me. My advice would be to not waste your time.

Horrible!!! I spoke with a lady on the phone and she was short and had absolutely no interest in helping me! I asked if I could have something by a certain day and she said I don't know" without even seeing if she could try to fulfill my requirements.Its a shame when you try to spend money locally that a small business has no interest in being of service."
