SLOOOW service. Moves at the pace of glaciers. I went yesterday and it was slow. I went today and it was even slower. One guy wanted to dine in but he ended up telling the cashier that he'll take it to go instead. The other guy asked for a refund since by the time he got all his food, some of it was cold. People who came later getting their orders first. I had to wait a long time. Terrible terrible. City Place A&W.

Manager should do more than check coffee pots in front and maybe help the cashier that has 12 people waiting in line for 15 minutes. The cook was waiting and she had no reason not to help. She just went to the kitchen and stared out from the kitchen. Super slow service at certain times.

The location in the mall looks small but there is quite a large dining area behind it. Order was correct and done in a reasonable time. Love their poutine.

I had breakfast there last week and asked for over-medium eggs and toast with half the butter. It was done exactly as I requested. The whites were not funny at all and the toast wasn't slathered with butter. It's not often that it gets done right at any restaurant. Kudos to the cook who was working there last week!

I was at this location on May 26th for lunch. I placed an order for spicy Habanero and requested the tomato be taken out as I hate eating raw tomatoes.The tomato was not taken out and I didn't realize until I got to the office, I called to let them know and they apologized and offered a store credit. I was there today and was greeted by the store manager who handed an envelope to me. I saw a gift card in it but couldn't read the content of the letter until I got to the office.To my surprise, the store manager penned an emotional note about how sorry they are to have make me missed my lunch.This is nothing far from humility and an exceptional customer service skills.Thank you very much Meaghan, you are one in a Million.
