The Tanning Shop Kingston

Have been going here nearly a year and enjoy my time when I'm there. However the new member of staff (dark hair, heavy makeup) is very rude, not welcoming and comes across extremely blunt and never happy. Please have a word because I'm considering going somewhere else.Thank youGEM

Went for my £1 tan today and the experience was lovely. Lovely staff and very clean. Unfortunately it got very busy so I couldn't get all my questions out but will pop in again soon to purchase a course.

I came into your shop a few weeks back and a girl called Maddie served me, she was so lovely and polite and couldn’t help enough. She sure is a credit to your store.

The shop is really clean and well laid out. Lots of different lotions to choose from. Good advice from staff too

Beds - actually standing tubs are not even. One is burning you on one side, another one doesn't do anything, another one does twice much in half of the time. All of course at the same charge. Receptionist can't help as saying all are the same.. but they're not. Once I was craving for water but the was no plastic cups by the dispenser. I asked receptionist for it. She said they have a delivery on Tuesday. I replied that I'm thirsty now.... She didn't offer me any solution. Not a great customer service I'm afraid. It was incredibly better when run by contractor lady. Massive difference..

Staff are always really friendly and helpful and the beds are clean and smell fresh. Slightly more expensive than others but justifiably so

The worst experience in my life. I used sunbed in Kingston about 2 years but personal which is now there I cant believe. I came 3 weeks ago late 8:45 and I ask manager if I can go for 10 mins she was very angry I said to her sorry was last time when I came so late. From this time everything change her behavior was very rude with me till today when I came there last time. I came I said hello nobody answer manager sit with her mum and girl which was working the same not hello not nothing I say I dont mind. She just said put your finger there how many minutes and she send me to sunbed number 2. When I was on my way out I said to them what is this not hello not bey nothing. Her mum start talk with me that I am rude I dont been rude I just said why nobody say hello or bey this is very rude and her mum start push me from the door. Was today around 5:55 so you can check videorecording. I wanted buy new package but with this personal what is there never ever. Before was there blonge girl with short hair she was all the time nice with everyone but this personal is very rude. I would like that company will check more videorecording and to see true whats happen there.

The people at the desk are always helpful with recommending products and sunbed timings, depending on the results that you're looking for. Packages are well priced. Always get eye protection and a wipe. Facilities are clean and well presented. Very easy place to pop in and out of, opposite the train station.
