Louisa was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect shoes for a formal event this weekend. Based on info I gave her about my outfit, she provided great insight into various options that I honesty didn’t think of beforehand. She also found a perfect matching belt and demonstrated the polish for me, so I happily purchased both. I actually came back to the store after checking others because of her impeccable service. Very pleased. Thank you!

On September 6th, 2022 I ordered and paid for a size 13 shoe for my wedding. Sarah did a decent job by calling the Markville location and ASKING about the shoe that I was requesting. To think a staff member confirmed something WITHOUT checking disgusts me. A few days later my order was delivered to my home and received a size 12. I called to express my options and she said it was size 12 when I told her that I asked for size 13. Didn't see the point of her mentioning this AFTER just explaining what happened. She clearly didn't care to listen. She then advised me markville mall had 1 left. Reserved it for me. I left work to make that hour drive to get the shoes when I received a message saying they weren't able to reserve my shoe. I changed course to Richmond Hill requesting my money back from the sales rep who ironically spoke to on the phone (young asian girl, black hair) for wasting my time. Please advise a way for your system to be more efficient/effective as this gives some employees an excuse to be lazy which isn't THEIR job. At the same time staff should call that specific location to confirm what they are telling customers is the truth so nobody else can be misled for no reason. Sarah did a good job but she's ONLY one person. This is also a direct message towards management who's the tone setter for the work culture. Customers are people too and (until proven otherwise) need to be treated as such. This is great advice to avoid reviews and experiences like this. I don't plan on returning to this location anytime soon. Unacceptable!!

I’m really disappointed of Aldo I was loyal customer but right now I bought a very uncomfortable shoes and I want to exchange it but beat I don’t have my receipt nobody answers me and I’m really frustrated I’m really unhappy of their customer service.

Im soo disappointed with Aldo..i placed an order like 7 days ago for 3 boots only 2 came and no other response on the third one i had to call to find out that its their mistake n now giving me a refund ...i waited for the boots not the refund...even dollarama is more professional than you guys..not buying from Aldo again.

I just love this store. They always have something cool and unique. If you are looking for some stylish ideas and creative items - this is definitely a store to go. Belts, hats, headbands, gloves, shoes, bags... you name it.I really enjoy to come here with my nieces, because I always can find something absolutely exciting for them.I also have a nice collection of Aldo shoes. They are colorful and you can always find matching pair for your outfit. Though I have to admit - talking about high heels - I can't wear them for a long time, but still - they make the work done, and my image is always right on point. Price is also reasonable.Recommend!

All Shoes in ALDO are FINAL SALE! But they don’t say that when you are purchasing!My experience at Aldo in Hill Crest Mall was highly unsatisfactory. I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be uncomfortable within less than an hour of wearing them. When I tried to return them, I was informed that they had to be unworn, despite no mention of this policy during the purchase. This lack of transparency and refusal to accept my refund left me disappointed. I expected better customer service and will be hesitant to shop at Aldo in the future!

Bad quality,I used my shoes just 4 times and after that I couldn’t,because it was torn

I bought 3 bags online then picked up from this store and i asked one plastic bags but she said we don't have!!!!after 15 days i went to return 2 of them ,she said just i can accept to return one of them! For another call to customer service!!!again i asked the plastic bag but again she said we don't have a bag.

Today I had an interview with the manager I answered all the questions and the last question was -are you fashionable!!!!!! I answered yes and she looked at me what do you want to wear like today??? And this is your style!!!!!!!!In your opinion you are fashion, !!!!!!!!she saw my resume and after that called me and I never had experience in the fashion industry!!!!!!!!! she mannered me unprofessional .I am really so sorry for aldo to having this rude manager .
