These guys got the best customer service in lower mainland. I went to the other lids store and landed up buying nothing because those guys didn't helped me selecting the caps. Connor and other East Indian girl (don't know the name) were very helpful. They provided me with the best service that I would expect whenever I go to shop around. Thanks guys and cheers

Indian girl employee wearing glasses felt her stitching machine that she didn’t know how to use was more important then helping me purchase a hat. She stayed on the phone trying to get help while making me wait and was rude when I said I wanted to buy these hats. Very unprofessional. Hope she gets retrained as I will not come back and let everyone I know not to visit. I ended up purchasing the two hats if your reading this you know who I am. I bought the Squad and nike hat.

Employee didn't bother to stand up to help me. I asked for a purple hat, they pointed out a pink one. I found a purple one on my own in the store but decided to buy elsewhere.

Lids offer you one of the best deals you can get for when you are purchasing a hat. They have a huge selection onsite and can order you in pretty much anything you need. I suggest going to the store itself if ordering anything online to let them do it for you. For some reason you get way better discounts if they do the ordering for you on your account from the store.

I had the most amazing experience with the staff at Lids. We bought a hat for my son but his brim was bumpy in areas he felt shouldn't have been; so we went to see if they would exchange it. A replacement hat wasn't in stock, but the owner spent about 15 minutes with us steaming, shaping and cleaning the hat to make it even better. He then offered to clean and shape mine and my other son so we obligedWouldn't buy a hat anywhere else! An awesome experience I wish although I caught their names so I could acknowledge them by name.

Service bought five hats little bit pricey but hey that's Canada we pay a lot talks thanks to that idiot Harper screwed up the whole country poor Trudeau's going to deal with it

Limited selection at this location. Service is ok. I prefer going to the metrotown or downtown locations as they have a much larger selection.
