I've taken several courses here and Andrea is a fantastic instructor. I have no idea what I'm doing and the torches scare me but even then, Andrea has been able to guide me through actually creating things without burning myself to death. Highly recommended you take classes here! Silversmithing studio time is also ultra convenient.

Poked around in here for a bit, didnt end up buying anything but the selection of beads and beading materials is massive. The soapstone carving in the Corning is fun as well. I definatly felt it's a bead store with some other stuff though which I dont feel is what they advertise as. Overall really cool place though

I have taken multiple classes here over the last couple years and Andrea is a great instructor. I am always surprised how great my projects turn out. I have also attended the open studio nights to work on my own projects and those are just as fun as attending classes.The silver and Gemstones are quality and beautiful! Will continue to return!!

Bedrock is an absolute gem for all of your jewelry making, lampwork and lapidary needs. Just walking in the door causes creative urges. The folks there are marvellous, very helpful and knowledgeable. They freely give out tips, advice and can help you pick the perfect supplies for your project. They also offer classes in their onsite studio of which I have greatly enjoyed!!! Highly recommended!!!

This store was just ok. The staff were really nice but a lot of the jewelry findings were out of stock and the beads were far over priced compared to anywhere else which was disappointing. That said if it's stones and soap stone kits and tumbling supplies you're after it's a great place to go.

Fabulous customer service, amazing variety. I went stone shopping with my spouse for an engagement ring stone and we were amazed by the selections they had. And the lady who help us had a wonderful upbeat personality. I highly recommend if you love rocks, gems and fossils to go take a look.

has good product but very rude customer service. The old lady with glasses . Refused to refund or exchange even though the items weren't used. It was my first & last time buying from her . They seem to make their own rules to rip off the customers .
