I was searching online for Mid Century Modern furniture and happened to find Stevensons... and I'm so glad I did! Well worth the drive from St. Catharines. The selection was great the the prices very reasonable. Michael was great to work with, extremely helpful and great customer service. I left with a teak dining table, bookcase, and small side table. These pieces are in great shape and look fantastic in my home. I've started following on Instagram so I can stay up-to-date on new items. Will definitely go back.

i bought a couch from out front of his shop and looked great so i asked about it..gave me a deal with delivery and i took it right then but like any delivery takes time and i got my couch same day!! i live not too far in the same city so complication for dilivery wasnt much for him and delivery crew!! make it eay for the delivery crew and they can get your package asap = (as soon as possable)

The owner got angry because I looked up an artist to see what his art went for. Said I didn't have to buy it after finding it last year at auction from 25 to 50 bucks. He was selling his at 200. Called me ridiculous as I walked out. Hilarious! I actually was back for the second time this week. I was a new potential customer. He complained to me he had to deal with people asking for deals all day like it justified his behavior. Guess what, with your mark ups, no kidding people do. Do you think I should just pay whatever you ask for things? Funny thing is, I never even asked for a discount. I just was curious how he came up with his prices. Sorry pal, but I am not going to subsidize your golf game, which is where you were on Tuesday, just because you think I should.

What a fantastic store. And owned by a couple of the friendliest people I have run into in a long time. I love to be able to shop and browse and carry on a friendly conversation at the same time with the owners. They really have a great business setup and lots of selection of MCM teak pieces. Definitely worth the drive out to see what they have to offer. Will become a regular visitor to their store when ever I’m in the Hamilton area. Thanks Michael for a wonderful experience. And I love the table I purchased today !!!

The owner is a really great guy and the service was amazing!! This place is a hidden gem, seriously. I drove from Montreal to pick up furniture. He had everything ready and helped me pack. I looked around and also bought a table. I recommend 100%

The staff here is rude and aggressive; After being ignored for several minutes I asked for the price of an item and was met with a bizarre rant rather than an answer.At first I thought my experience might have been unique or unusual but many others I have talked to have shared similar experiences.On top of that the inventory is mediocre and often overpriced. I went in enthusiastically expecting the kind of welcoming environment of many of Hamilton's fine vintage dealers but after the aforementioned exchange I couldn't get out of the place fast enough. Best to avoid this shop entirely....

I can't say enough positive things about the furniture and the customer service I received at Stevenson's recently. I have shopped here previously with excellent experiences. Michael and Tracy are honest business people. When I came to pick up the furniture, Michael offered to disassemble the table to make it easier to transport and both Michael and Tracy helped us carry stuff out. To me that goes above and beyond. I find them both friendly and very informed about what they are selling. This is definitely a five star operation!
