A really bad service, the charger I received didn’t match the picture on website, a false advertisement and I also didn’t get a full refund even though the product didn’t work and I sent evidence. The customer service agent, Kevin Joss, just saying after 10 emails that the return decision has been made and my laptop has a problem, which is not, because I have checked with a technician.

I was so happy to find a place to order parts for my son’s Acer laptop. I recommend SourceIT to everyone! Extremely over priced. Product was not original part as advertised and compared to original, and they don't warranty anything past 30 days. Do yourself a favor, unless desperate beyond all measure like I was, use google, find someone else.

I contacted this company about a part for an older laptop and they got right back to me... unfortunately they didn't have the part, and that was fine because its likely that nobody will have this either.

AMAZING customer service. Honestly can't remember a place/store that went above and beyond to ensure you get the right part over the phone and text. who would text you back and forth and answer all your questions because they knew I needed them and I don't know anything about batteries? Well, they did and I appreciate their support, help and patience. definitely recommend them.

This outlet was recommended to me by ACER as I tried to get my bezel replaced. After my initial contact I corresponded with Kevin who, after thoroughly analyzing the situation he came up with some repair suggestions and send me a link to the part I need to do the repair.
