Inhuman treatment…school like behaviour of the employees.This is 2023 grow up guys.

Dr, Pandey got me back on track to good health after my heart attacks. Took an interest in my recovery, not just a { how are you doing}. Thank you to the young ladies in cardiac rehab, without them pushing and caring for me to get a recovery i would still be short of breath, Thank you ladIES FROM ME AND MY WIFE SUSAN.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.Especially Victoria and Shantel at the Cardio Rehab program. They are awesome professionals. Always willing to answer any questions you might have.

Unfortunately I've only dealt with the office staff so far... they are rude and have a clear disconnect with their patients. With zero communication I was scheduled for 4 appointments, when i got a surprised call to confirm my appointment the next day they blamed me for not knowing when these dates where, when their email confirmation" system clearly states they will communicate these dates in advance.Moving on to my most recent experience

I’ve been with Dr Pandey and in the cardiac rehab group for about 8 years. Dr Pandey has helped me tremendously and being in the cardiac rehab group has been a great benefit. I would and have recommended people to Cambridge Cardiac Care. Bob Mackenzie

I had posted a review on here a week or two ago about my bad experience at this facility and received a call from them to attempt to rectify the situation. (Was also asked to delete the review so I did).This review was in regards to an appointment being canceled for not hearing from me although I was unable to get a hold of anyone to confirm my appointment and after driving 35 minutes is when I found out my appointment was canceled— then to be told I’d have to wait another two months for another appointment. So I already didn’t have a great first impression just from their front end staff.I ended up being rebooked for the appointment that week and came back in to give them another try. Boy was that a mistake. I should have taken the hint with my first bad experience that this facility just wasn’t for me.I just find the staff here very cold. I’ll be the first to admit I have fairly bad anxiety especially in medical settings and made them aware of this. I ended up having a bad panic attack during my session. It wasn’t my proudest moment however staff told me to “calm down”, “stop worrying” and had a few giggles here and there. I just thought the behaviour was awful. I also had a student in the room who made things more uncomfortable.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place, there are so many other wonderful and caring cardiology clinics this would not be my first pick. People going here are already feeling some sort of anxiety and it just felt so cold and rushed. I wish I could put the experience into better words but it just wasn’t somewhere I’d go again.I’ve also been trying to cancel my last two appointments for days now and unable to get a hold of anyone. So this seems to be another problem/ trend with them.

Initially I was satisfied with the level of support I was getting, I was referred to specialist for a procedure, so far its been 8 months I have tried calling and knowbody answers and no answering service, I'd like to get The ball rolling so I can get better.

After a heart failure backin june 2022 I was referred to CCCC and have been there since. The rehab staff and all the nurses, etc have been the most pleasant and helpful. I am happy that I was referred there and am making great progress. They keep a close eye on my heart health and greatful for that.Thanks to all the staff there for your cheerful help
