RBC Insurance

I have been with RBC Insurance since 2010 - for the last 10years each year they have raised my insurance without any cause or reason as I have always had a great driving record - I have never complained about the costs of my insurance well now I have - Recently my daughter got her G2 - I did the right thing and called them to add her when I did the person on the other end of the line entered her incorrectly in their system and it gave me an increase of $271 which I expected an increase - However, when I called in with her driving school info the original person had entered her in the system incorrectly and my insurance went up another $166 - I was outraged as it was not my error - I attempted to speak with customer service which by the way was absolutely useless and horrible to deal with - her headset didn't work - she had a strong accent and i could not understand her and she wasn't speaking to me in simplistic terms she was speaking like she was reading a script and I could not undersand her lingo and asked many times for her to speak in lamin terms - I spoke with a senior/manager rep and again not very helpful - I understood the way the law works with insurance but what I was mad at was the increase in funds from one day to the next - they were not willing to help in anyway and I am leaving RBC Insurance/Aviva and I suggest NO ONE DEALS with RBC Insurance they are horrible and only want your money - they don't care about you as a person at all...

Worst customer service!! Been waiting over a week to get a call back!

All they need is your money. They charged me 144$ as cancellation fee. For what? There is nothing about it mentioned in the insurance package.

not working at all

I've been waiting for a quote for about a month!!! I've already spoken to 3 at the branch and no quote as of yet...:/ Very poor customer service.

Try and call was on hold for 4 plus hours, not a great way to treat a client of over 20yrs.As of today I am cancelling my policies with this horrible company

Original person who gave quote over phone never called back the next day like she said, so I had to call a second time and the person I got kept putting me on hold and was clueless. Good thing my phone was fully charged. Bad experience.
