Purolator

Was waiting on a package to arrive today (Friday of family day weekend) and the driver usually shows up around 2pm but today, at this time the tracking information changed to delivery location inaccessible."I made sure to have the dog tied up

We receive the occasional package from Purolator. Our dog looks mean but is a big baby. The Purolator driver is always great with the dog and always has treats. Yesterday the driver stopped by the house, not because we had a package, but to bring the dog up because she had found her way on the road. This was really appreciated. Thank you for the great service.

Horrible!!!! They never deliver the package! They either say that they tried delivering the package “but no one was home or answered the door” even when I’m home and waiting at the door, or they deliver it to the wrong address. I so far haven’t had a single pleasant experience with them!

If only 0 stars was an option.. dropped a package off at my new place earlier in the week just fine.. Friday comes and it’s time to drop off the warranty claim from the package that was delivered earlier in the week where the device didn’t function and Purolater decides to not leave it here.. still really need the product.. even more than when I first bought it and Purolater is holding it hostage for a weekend…. Oh yeah.. by the time my new licence shows up with the updated address from moving the “5 days” that Purolater will hold my product for me to pick up instead of dropping it off like they were supposed to will be long over.. never ever using Purolater ever again…. Good luck trying to call someone or arrange another delivery day either….

This is a pathetic supposed shipping company. I ordered a phone from Bell and paid for it. With the option available on the Bell site, I had it shipped to my cottage in Owen Sound where I anticipated being. When I received confirmation on the specific delivery date, I worked my schedule around so I would be there to receive it. The requirement was that I would have ti sign for the package when delivered. They attempted to drop off the package a full day ahead of the delivery schedule and left a notice to pick it up at the depot. When I attempted to pick it up with the delivery notice and purchase invoice I was informed that I had to show photo ID (which I did - but with my home address on it) or photo ID for my my business (which doesn't exist). - I presented my business card and I had a return package for Amazon from me with the address they were supposed to deliver to but none of it was good enough to receive the package even though supposedly, walking out the front door of the drop off location is good enough. So the package is going back to Bell. Christmas present delivery averted. Good job Purolator - NOT. I wouldn't even give them one star if that was an option.

Was supposed to be delivered this morning. Delivery was delayed. Now its not showing up today. They sorted my parcel on the wrong truck.I called to pick it up at the depot and can't get ahold of anyone with a local number.No follow-up emails.Dispatch sent a message and was supposed to follow up to confirm i can drive to a depot to pick it up. Nothing. I'm willing to drive to any depot to pick it up and they can't confirm any information with me so now I'm driving to the depot it was Shipped from to sit there until closing time to hopefully get the parcel.It's a time sensitive parcel that will affect my business operations.I will Never use this company again. This has not only interfered with our business operations but if we dont received the parcel this will cost us an additional 3k because of this screw up to make other arrangements.UPS has never done this to us. We rely on this type of services from UPS all the time and they are always right on time.

By the day may parcel was supposed to arrive, it had not been picked up. By the time I noticed nothing had been done, it took a flurry of calls and nail biting to get my parcel 24 hours later from Halifax to Owen Sound.

I was being shipped a parcel apparently requiring a recipient signature. The driver paused at my door (@ 08:40) for less than one minute before leaving with my parcel! I immediately called the 800-number, to be told that he MAY return with my parcel. I'm now stuck at home, waiting for the unknown. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
