Great place for the trans community with plenty of resources, I've found the staff I've met with to be very friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable and welcomed there every time I've been to the office, thier expressions program has been very helpful for me with plenty of support.

Skipping Stone foundation is such an incredible and accessible service. Every person i have interacted with through the foundation has been kind, considerate, and helpful. They can help you get gender gear as well as just walk you through anything you need. They're wonderful in person but i would also recommend checking out the resources on their website. If you're begining a transition it is 100% worth while to have even one consulation with them.

So supportive and educating on all aspect ! They have really helped provide guidance and true support to my partner and myself while they seek out assistance to make them feel more themselves. Outstanding and I can’t say enough good about them. They helped a friend of mine as well on their name change and top surgery journey. They are a true blessing.

The best trans specific resource in Alberta IMHO. Totally volunteer run and essential. Now providing support for trans adult clients which has been a big gap in services in town. I luv Skipping stone!!!

This amazing Calgary based charity is one of the few organizations of its kind in Alberta. They support transgender and gender diverse youth and their families by helping them navigate social transition, medical transition as well as mental health care. They are a group of loving, caring and supportive folk.

This organization is an amazing support for gender diverse youth and their families. They have in person and virtual options we can access. I cannot say enough amazing things about the support and assistance they have provided our family.

When we (I’m a care worker for non binary person) contacted SS we heard back immediately (Dec) and got a appt for purchasing binders. We bought one that day and ordered 2 more. We heard nothing, multiple emails sent and then finally got an apology reply in March, sent back email regarding binders and donations, nothing since March. So disappointing.

Amazing foundation. It's been almost 2 years now since I started my transition and Skipping Stone has been there the whole way. They helped set me up with my Doctors and provided many resources that have been extremely beneficial. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They offer great resources and make certain that they are accessible to anyone, regardless of income. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been familiar with the organization for years, but finally going to their office and seeing first hand what they do-- I am blown away.
