This spring I attempted to call several times to purchase new tires for my truck but not once did they answer the phone. Now it’s fall and I want new tires got my van and I attempted calling again multiple times and again no answer.

Costco is great for many things but this disappointed me. I had a nail in the tire and was told they could repair for me under $13 tax included. I was told that the tire had 2 holes and could not be repaired they put on spare. I got a quote for new tires from Costco. Went to a tire shop to get quote he looked at tire found nail in it, pulled nail out patched tire. Saved me from buying new tires for my 4X4. My old tires are 5 years old and only 59,000 km on them. SO glad did not purchase new tires.

If you have an issue or question that cannot be resolved on their website, give up and go elsewhere as either their phone is not connected or they do not care to answer it.

Got a screw in the tire. We stopped by to see if they could help. Unfortunately our van was too big to sit on the jack, so they couldn't fix it. However, they pumped up the spare and the flat tire at no cost, allowing us to get somewhere to change it out. Thank-you!

They're busy. Don't expect them to always answer the ohone. Go there in person when you get groceries to make an appointment or book an appointment on line.

They do not pick calls. Customer service is appalling. Brooklyn and Justina are, unfortunately, terrible customer service persons . Why are they there? Ryan, that leads tech crew, saved the day for me. He got my vehicle in quickly after they turned me away for reportimg 4min past my appointment. Fact is, I was there before 12pm, but I had to be redirected to the right parking spot by their own staff. That moment took a few minutes, yet they were quick to say get out of here and rebook - That was the feeling. They were quick to say, 3 people called in sick." Pls pls pls
