The team at Budget Blinds Thunder Bay was fabulous to work with. Lisa was very thorough in her consultations, making sure to understand our space and vision. She was so patient and made multiple trips for sample viewing when I had second thoughts about style. I never felt like I was too much work. Amanda, in the office, was always pleasant and provided prompt communications so I always knew the status of our project. Leslie, on install, was incredible. I have no idea how she could install blinds on large windows in awkward spots by herself in record time, but she did, like magic! She took the time to walk me through how to program the app and remote and how to troubleshoot any issues we have. The blinds look amazing, and are the perfect style for our space and needs. Worth the investment. I would definitely recommend working with these professionals.

They have been very attentive and reliable. They give excellent advice for the type window covering you need and have an excellent feel for colour and decor. I have ordered blinds from them on 3 separate occasions and I will probably order again from them within the next year or so.

The professionalism and kindness I experienced with the staff at Budget Blinds was exceptional. The staff at the show room is very welcoming and helpful. I then got a home visit and was pleased with the recommendations and sincerity she expressed with her suggestions. A third staff member came and installed the blinds. She was quick, professional and made sure all was perfectly symmetrical before she left. Such an excellent install. It was a stress free experience for me. I love my blinds!
