This is the first time I’ve ever stopped eating to write a review. I’ve ordered the same salad for 3+ years and I ordered double meat as usual.. there was MAYBE 1 serving of chicken. The chicken is tough and dry. I always get shredded cheese and it’s always been a black salad dressing container of cheese at every location. This one gave me a quarter of that. Maybe less. I asked for more.. he said that would be extra.. I said it was a baby amount he’s giving me and he added more and charged me. I’ll enjoy my $14 hard chicken salad and hopefully not get sick from the gross meat.Will not be back.

This is absolutely the worst Subway that I have ever been too. I keep giving them chances in hopes they’ll do better but the employees are just down right mean. While I was ordering, the man mopping the floor rudely demanded for me to move like he couldn’t wait one minute, the man making my food kept on rushing me to pick my veggies and they always give you the smallest portions so I’m basically just eating bread, and the cashier barely even acknowledged me. This happens every single time I go there. I love Subway and I go here as it’s the closest one but the owner really needs to teach his employees some manners. I never leave reviews as I always give people the benefit of the doubt but every visit, is an unpleasant one.

This location is very clean, including toilets - friendly courteous staff and some remember what you usually order. I tried the new Tex Mex bread option yesterday for the first time, loved it so much, I visited again today to purchase a few more subs to introduce this flavorful sub to some other family members. I paired this bread with a meatball sub, subway melt and BMT - ohhh delicious! Thanks for the wonderful experience Subway ~ keep up the great work! I recommend this location :)

My absolute favourite Subway franchise. They are lightning fast, amazingly friendly & funny, and my order is always fresh and done just how I like it. Didn’t think I would rave about a “fast food” place - but this one is actually amazing.

The most efficient Subway I have ever visited! The three guys working were phenomenal, they processed our four subs like a NASCAR pit crew. Best subway crew I've seen in 25 years.

Everytime I go they rush you to pick your bread and toppings. It's very nerve racking and makes it a horrible experience. And if you don't pick fast enough they skip you and start taking care of the person behind you. And I'm not talking like taking 20 seconds per topping either. This is like you have 5 seconds to choose your toppings or else they starts nagging you in a very serious tone. It's unfortunate that its the only subway in Chelmsford so you kind of have to deal with it if you want a sub. They used to have nicer people working but since it's been bought by someone else it's been pretty bad since.

The worst subway ever. If the owner is making your sub its gonna be even bad. Simple suggestions avoid yourself disappointment.I see I couldn't reply. So here it is. I see a hurt owner trying to coverup. And sure it's a lie like more people are saying in reviews. I have had subs at others too. It's okay buddy truth hurts. :)

Won't be returning due to price increase! Too much for first increase. Plus don't want to pay for extras that I didn't want in the first place (cheese)

I used to really like Subway...but the past couple years - no matter which restaurant I go to - they are stingy with their toppings, their employees are not trained well to answer questions or make customizations, and their food quality is decreasing. I also want to comment on their new design for their trash cans...why would you make a recyclable paper bowl and then make the hole for recycling too small to fit it in?
