** Scam ***Purchased a voucher for an all day appointment and for the last 4 months had no replies to emails / online booking or wattsapp for headoffice .

avoid thieves dont buy any vouchers they want to steal your money claim back through paypal or card

Would give 0 stars if i could. Was informed my artist no longer worked at the shop so was offered another one, i didn't want to book with this artist so tried to get in touch but no answer from anyone. I was hoping to get a refund but from other reviews it doesn't seem like that is going to happen and even if i had wanted the other artist they offered there was no one to answer my messages to actually arrange that. Overall terrible and i'm now out £170

Do not give refunds. Been waiting for 5 weeks now for a refund on a piercing service I could not go through on (no fault to the piercer, she was absolutely wonderful but she was guesting so not part of the shop). No return on emails at all and phone number is useless. Have had to raise issue with PayPal! Glad I paid via PayPal otherwise my money would be lost. Awful!

I had my tattoo done on Saturday by the very talented Diyan. I would highly recommend his work and the tattoo experience. I absolutely love my new tattoo and now cannot wait to get the next one.

So far so good, popped in twice for consultation and very helpful, a lot of ideas bouncing round to help me out with my final tattoo idea, will be updating my review after work is complete.Edit: been back for two more tats, each tattooist has a personal style which is great for variety. Booked a Sunday all day, had the place to myself, tattooed by Evil Chef, two of his flash sell works of art, couldn't be happier, Evil chef was super friendly and professional and an amazing tattooist.

Definitely the best tattoo shop in Southampton. The artists who work in the shop are incredible. Will definitely be going back for more work. Me and my wife both had work done and couldn't be happier.

Overall good experience. I had a tattoo done by Dan. He was very accommodating making sure I was comfortable throughout and the tattoo looks great so far. The place was clean and tidy and they made me feel more comfortable by everyone following covid rules (masks etc). The only downfall I had was that when I was emailing about the tattoo I wanted I was told it would take a day to complete. What they hadn't taken into consideration was that I'm quite a big guy so when I arrived Dan told me pretty much straight away that it would take longer than a day. It's now looking more like 2 days which is quite a big difference in cost. Due to how good the tattoos look that Dan has done previously and how good mine looks so far I'm not too bothered about the money but I think there could have been some better communication beforehand.

Dan did a great job. Very professional and communicative before and after consultation. My tattoo is beautiful, the artist’s bedside manner was fantastic, the studio was fantastically well kept and stylised. Highly recommend. These artists aim to give you a tattoo that will last well with time and this was clear in our pre-consultation as the design was tweaked to ensure longevity.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!Purchased a voucher for a tattoo session for my husband as a birthday gift. After many attempts to book a session (emails no one replied to and phone calls no one was answering) we finally received a date of his tattoo session. He had to take a day off work and travel 45mins to the appointment just to find out the studio was closed and of course no one was picking up the phone to give him any information. Again, no reply to our emails. Eventually we had to go though paypal to get our money back. I'm not sure if the company is going out of business but it definitely seems like no one cares about the customers anymore. I also heard they don't pay their tattoo artists. Please, and I can't stress this enough, do not waste your time and money. Tattoos are for life and they should be done by someone trustworthy. Huge disappointment.
