Small rooms, big bleachers, wear your skate guards to the bench as you have to walk through the entrance and there is lots of debris from people’s shoes (mud, sand, rocks), great ice, and big benches.

Ice is fine, benches are a bit small. Locker rooms are even smaller (11 adults had very little extra space), showers are in a separate room. Hard to ask more of an OLD arena though.

The place is infested with fruit flies...you can't enjoy your drink while you watch a game unless you cover it

Heating system is the worst. It was super cold upstairs and hallway was super warm. Everyone was complaining about how cold it is. When asked the operator to turn the upstairs heat on he denied it. Most of us went to the hallway because it was nice and warm there. My advice is take blanket with you or wear extra clothes if you want to enjoy kids hockey game.

Anyone that lets advertising for the NDP inside their facility that's designed for family entertainment is completely disgusting and doesn't deserve any more then the one-star you got

Rooms are quite small and shared showers. Benches are smaller. Ice is pretty good though

Unfortunately, there was an incident with the attending staff when requesting a key for the dressing room. This person was belligerent and unprofessional and did not take well to constructive criticism for their antics and abuse. Made a formal complaint with the city on behalf of our team. I'm not confident anything will be done. The facility is maintained but very dated. It's definitely a by-product of high demand for ice time. Dressing rooms are for children based on their setup and size, not adults playing hockey.

I enjoy watching games here. Friendly staff and clean enough. The heat in the stands vary. Might need a parka, might need your shorts. Who knows, so make sure to wear good layers and take them off as you need.
