Very Professional manner - but totally ineffective service. 4 visits and still exact same Rat issue we called them out for initially. Will go elsewhere. $500 in the hole.

Lyle just left with 2 other helpers as my house is quite big, and he was really nice and seemed very professional. I will see the full results for the spider treatment only in 2 weeks but right now I am quite reassured everything will go well. they had great equipment and took the time to listen to my specific request and acted fully toward that goal.

I called pest detective and they came out very quickly to assess the situation in my home. They were professional and efficient, their technicians were very patient in dealing with a semi-hysterical woman with a mice infestation! And they got the problem under control. I would recommend them to anyone. A little pricey, but worth it!

Very impressed with the responsiveness and how thorough this company is. Sadly there are a lot of rodents in our general area of North Vancouver and we needed to make sure they were not making nests in our shop/feeding off any seed/product and Pest Detective was very thorough in providing multiple check ups on how everything was doing. Highly recommend.
