Ric performed home inspection as we were the seller on our home September 6th , 2022. After he left that evening we had no power on our west side of kitchen. We called our realtor to report this issue. He was notified by our realtor to see if he knew what problem was bit he offered to come the next morning. When arrived he did figure out it was the electrical outlet that he tested but forgot to RESET IT.Then later that hot day which was 86 degrees we went into our garage around 7pm where our freezer was and food was thawed out. Again SECOND electrical outlet he checked forgot to RESET IT.Called our realtor to report our mess. We were extremely upset with his error again.Best part our realtor gives us Ric phone number to call.It's not our responsibility for Rics error with not one electrical outlet but two and then affecting our loss food in the freezer.Its almost two months since his error and we never got phone call to apologize for his mistake. Also he stated our furnace had double flame NOT true. We had certified HVAC come to inspect.All we asked for Ric to own up to his mistakes. Totally unprofessional with his actions.We pray nobody has to experience what we did with selling our home.

Ric was recommend to me by another fantastic home inspector who has since retired. Needless to say, Ric did not disappoint he did a fantastic job walking me through the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would recommend to anyone!!

We had Ric come for a pre home inspection before putting our home on the market. He is very professional and informed us of repairs to consider prior to the sale of our home. We would not hesitate in referring him to others. Very knowledgeable and competent.

*SCAM ALERT* Our inspector didn't inform us of the major leaks in the plumbing and now we're having to spend thousands in repairs and new construction. I wish Ric had been as honest with us on our second inspection, as he was on our first.Don't trust this home inspector, especially if he comes recommended by a real estate agent! Not worth the money or headache...... BEWAREUpdate: Ric contacted me and now claims that all the damages he missed" during his inspection must have happened "after" we bought the house...hm
