Marc's Marine

Marc gets the job done right. I’ve got an old ‘76 75 hp Chrysler and he was a great help. I drive an hour past other mechanics to have Marc work on my stuff.

Brought my boat in as the key to my boat turned all the way over. Was charged $325 for a new cylinder and set of keys for 20 min of work (way too much).Got the boat home and noticed a difference in the boat as I could no longer hear the bilge pump working. I asked him if maybe a wire or something could have been accidentally pulled.I was the yelled at stating he did not sabotage my boat. In no way was this what I was trying to say but Marc got very defensive and aggressive to where I had no choice but to stand up for myself.Long story short he did finally check the boat over for me to verify it was still in okay working condition and told me he did not want my business anymore.After recovering the boat back my battery was completely dead and he told me something was draining my battery. There is a kill switch which was in the kill position so obviously the boat was left with the control panel running draining the battery.I would not suggest Marc’s marina to anyone and feel I was both overcharged and treated poorly.Would give zero stars if I could

We found Marc to be very efficient and knowledgeable . Able to get all the parts we needed in minimal time. Pleasant and friendly. A really great experience for all our boating needs!

Called to get some information on problem I'm having with a boat I just purchased . Alot of other service places wouldn't give me the time of day because the problem is complicated and the are buay. Marc is busy but marcs marine were very polite and informative . He answered alot of my questions and made the time to talk to me . I never usually write reviews but this was the most professional call that I've had with all of the other service centers around.

I had another boat mechanic at another shop recommend Marc's marine. My first conversation with Marc on the phone verified that this was the guy I needed to get me back on the water. Not only did he do the job another mechanic refused to do, he also taught me things about my boat so that I can maintain it in top running condition. Ask yourself, how many times have you been denied direct access to the boat mechanic when dealing with a marina? You will have a personal rapport with Marc and you will learn from him too! I don't believe the what the negative reviews say. You don't get this kind of service in today's world anymore. You'd be a fool to go anywhere else!Morgan Stanford

I called Marc a few times asking for advice on what the source could be of a water leak. He was extremely helpful and helped me find the source of the problem without trying to get me to bring my boat in for an expensive repair like some other marine mechanics do. His vast experience makes you feel confident you are being given the best advice. I would not bring my boat anywhere else...period

I'm new to the area and was looking for marine mechanic. I read the reviews about the business and decided to trust him with my boat. I'm so glad I did. The engine has never sounded and ran so well. He's also done a repair after I hit a rock and made it look brand new. Great guys!

Marc has an incredible business going here. He is honest, trustworthy and extremely helpful. I always spend hours researching the most trustworthy places to take my equipment and opted to drive three hours to get my boat serviced here. The boat landed at Marcs marine with a lot of issues as it was purchased like this and Marc and his team got right to work. He called almost daily to update us on the progress and was always fully transparent. This was a large job, but Marc never complained and always went into it using his extensive knowledge on the subject.If you're considering Marc, and you're reading this review, I can almost guarantee you won't find a more genuine, trustworthy and fair mechanic.Thanks again Marc and Tom for your help and expertise, attached is a photo of the boat finally out fishing, you did what a number of other mechanics were unable, or unwilling to do for us. This place is so great. Marc is the best in town. Great prices on parts and excellent service. My husband has gone in there with questions so many times throughout working on his boat and Marc is always willing to help him figure it out. My husband is a fix-it guy but this is his first boat. Marc has helped him learn everything he's needed to know so far.

Came here for parts and advice for working on my outdrive and bellows replacement. I took on the work on my own as I was dedicated on being able to work on my own boat. Mark and Tom were really helpful guiding me on the right track. Thanks again guys
