Always amazing friendly service. Our main man Marco who we have in close to once every 4 months is absolutely fantastic. He really knows his embroidery machines and always fixes the issues. Today he was in and within 2 hours he had all 3 of the issues fixed included 1 big one in which the needle would jump and not complete a full cycle. He literally has become a hero for us somedays and could not thank him enough. Thank you Marco we really appreciate everything you have done for us.
