Dr. Lee is the Best optometrist I've been to with my kids. Dr. Lee takes care of my kids by being patient and relational with them, she's on time with her appointments and shows them respect,right from my teen to my 9yr old, I am so relieved I found her.

I first came across Dr. Lee in an article talking about her volunteer work in under privileged countries. I was driving along and stumbled upon Eye focus and delighted to find her here! I had such a thorough eye exam. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She took the time to explain everything from eye health to eye glasses, she even helped me pick out a new frame! Dr. Lee and her staff are very thorough and ensures their clients have a great experience and are satisfied. Very delightful experience.

Dr. Karen Lee is very professional, friendly and courteous. Her clinic is very clean and welcoming and has a great selection of eye frames and sunglasses. She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the exams. I highly recommend her and I will always be a repeat customer!

Very passionate about the business/industry and very in-depth with each explanation and answered my questions so confidently and eloquently!! So easy to vibe with! Awesome service. As a new-to-glasses person I was very well taken care of through the examination process and guided professionally and patiently through the process of purchasing my first pair of glasses. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't recommend this optometrist more!

I must have hit Ms Lee on a bad day. She was curt, impatient and literally rolled her eyes at me. She interrupted my answers, made no attempt to make conversation and was incredibly cold when I told her I wasn’t comfortable. She pushed me out the door explaining her behaviour by saying “it’s not a fit”. I am treating depression at the moment due to a recent loss and also dealing with some new health issues. I left her office completely unnerved since I’ve NEVER had this experience with a health professional. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole career as a leader and a mentor. Unacceptable behaviour. Disappointing that Ms Lee is not accountable and excused it by ushering me out instead of recognizing her own behaviour was inappropriate especially for a new customer

Thank you for a wonderful and professional visit. Went to Dr. Lee for a much needed eye exam and I was educated on the types of glasses that fit my eyes and prescription. I felt very listened to, cared for and that there was a wide selection of glasses for me to choose. Highly recommend!
