Prairie Box

Prairie Box has been a lifesaver! As in I can have a life without having to worry about cooking all the time. I found that my food costs remained the same (as I have less groceries to buy) and my food waste has dropped considerably (as I am not throwing stuff out that I haven't used). I would highly recommend Prairie Box for both families and single people that are busy working but still want to eat nutritious homemade food.

I don't know why people are paying for meal subscription services where you still have to cook the food. With Prairie Box, I just microwave and serve. I'm glad they added fish options now. I recommend this service to all my friends who have small children and are overwhelmed.

This is amazing if you work a 9-5 and are like me and never get around to packing a lunch in the morning and end up spending 15 bucks on an unhealthy meal loaded with calories on your lunch hour. It's so easy to grab a meal on the way out the door in the morning and the food is always tasty! On my 4th week with Prairie Box.

As a busy professional, I appreciate the convenience of having a few Prairie Boxes in the freezer at all times. The food is delicious - obviously cooked by chefs who know what they are doing - and one meal is more than enough. I like that there are four options available every week. Sometimes I want beef, chicken or pork, and sometimes I just want a vegetarian option. Good food, good value - and I am supporting a local business. I highly recommend Prairie Box!

I love the Prairie Box meals. I waste less food, and get much more variety in my diet now. I also like that they put the nutritional values for each meal on their menu now. It's very useful if you are watching your calories, or concerned about your salt intake.

I LOVE Prairie Box. With my busy work schedule it helps keep me healthy and well feed. There menu is always changing, so they keep me looking froward to their delicious meals. No more fast food for me! Honestly, it is so convenient and helps me to save my precious time for other things!

I broke my arm on a Friday which rendered me unable to cook. I reached out to Prairie Box on the Saturday to inquire about the subscription. The gentleman I spoke to explained that orders need to be in by Thursday for the following week, however, he was going to contact the chef to see what they could do. Within 30 minutes I was messaged back and was told that some of the options were not available due to the use of fresh ingredients, but that the chef was more than happy to help and asked my likes and dislikes and would make me something special. My Prairie Box was delivered THE NEXT DAY to my house. I cannot believe the amount of amazing customer service they provided me and how far they went out of their way. Oh and not to mention how delicious the meals are!

Tried the Pork Tenderloin and Harissa Honey Chicken Bowl. Both were delicious! Tons of flavour and ready in a few minutes. I appreciate the thought that went in to making sure each dish is healthy. Will definitely be ordering again and again.
