Picasso's Salon And Spa

My first time at Picasso was about 8 months ago. All the staff I met, particularly Rosa, were very friendly and helpful.. I appreciated that everyone was wearing masks. Peter cut my hair and it was the best cut I have ever had. Even after 8 weeks it still hangs perfectly.

I've been going to Picasso 's for over 20 years and it has never disappointed once. Peter, my hairstylist is exceptional and always goes out of his way to adopt to my style and needs. His enthusiasm for his job is also an added bonus -- he was born to do this. I'll keep returning to my hometown salon even if I'm living in far-flung cities. It's worth it.

First time ever leaving a salon soo happy and satisfied!!! Had an amazing experience with Kailey. She was so patient and did exactly what I wanted. Kailey was the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to!!! The salon itself so clean and the experience of haircut/colour felt so relaxing, and I believe it’s because of the environment and care the employees have towards customers. Thanks so much Kaily will be definitely returning back!

It was my first time ever going to this salon and I had the best experience out of all the salons i’ve been to! The staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere itself was luxurious. I felt comfortable and my stylist gave me the best cut and style i’ve had in a long time!! Definitely going back and will recommend friends and family!

This has been the worst experience of my life. Mario cut my hair all uneven It was supposed to be a bob cut it was not. I have pictures of my hair hacked up pretty bad.. You charged $95 for a haircut that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Then when your client showed up an you knew my hair wasn’t done.. You tried to rush and cut my hair faster which made it worst.. I found another hairstylist in Welland that is the best so far.. Thank you Mario for giving me a bad experience and anxiety. I’m so disappointed as well as I didn’t even get a refund.. Here is the pic.. That’s a $95 dollar hair cut lol.. okie dokie what a rip off… Then you ask me to come back.. Why so you can make me have no hair at all? I’m very disappointed..

The website said $62.00 for root touch-up, I was charged $84.00. Refused to honour the advertised price. It's too bad because I was planning on bringing all 3 of my daughters there. I will not recommend to anyone this salon.
