After a great deal of research on both watches and dealers, I settled on a model that I was sure would fit all my requirements.It arrived within a week, very well packaged, and was exactly as advertised.The problem? It felt very uncomfortable on my non-standard sized wrist. I thought very hard before sending it back, but decided it was just not the watch for me.The good news is Halifax Watch processed the full amount of the purchase the day they received it with no issues at all.I can recommend them highly for their fairness and professionalism and would not hesitate to do business with them again, and refer them to others.

These folks know how to package and ship a watch. Also, great customer appreciation and support; I think I received a handful of emails (both automated and personal touches) to guide me along the way to receiving my watch. Killer sales, friendly staff, and as mentioned above…know how to take care of their customer. My watch arrived safely and securely packaged, and I am already eyeing up another on their site. Please purchase from these folks as I am confident you will have the same, wonderful experience. (Support our small Canadian businesses!)Edit: I also forgot that they set the time exactly to the atomic clock and to my correct time zone. What a lovely personal touch.

I bought an Alpina Star Timer for a great deal almost 2 years ago. The transaction went extremely well and they threw in an extra braclet because I have such large wrists.Almost 2 years later the movement seized. I contacted Halifax Watch and they told me to send it to them with the warranty card. I recieved the watch back after it was sent back to the manufacturer. All this with no shipping paid and the watch keeps better time than ever.I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a primary watch or an addition to their collection.

They’re the best in the business, and I’d much rather support bricks and mortar whom care for their customers, than a chain jewelry store to buy my time pieces. I needed a new brown leather band for my watch. When the one I was looking at wasn't in stock, a staff member contacted me with some great alternatives. The strap is beautiful and was shipped vet quickly to Toronto.
