She was personable, very informative and dedicated considerable time and attention, helping us find a vanity and lighting. Our experience was very positive and I would highly recommend her. The store also has a wide range of quality products.

I had a very nice experience with SaveMore Plumbing & Lighting store on Kingsway. I bought lights for my new house and also lighted mirrors, half round top mirrors and a big 48” round mirror from them. Nishin and Shivain helped me with choosing lights and mirrors for my new house, I needed couple half round top mirrors which they didn’t have in their showroom but they helped me with sourcing them from a different supplier and at a very reasonable price. Overall they have very unique products at reasonable prices as compared to lots of other local plumbing and lighting stores. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Matilda is awesome! She exceeded our expectations and was very thorough in assisting us. Highly recommended and will come back again!

Thanks to Narottam and Matilda for your fantastic customer service. We had an issue with a faucet we purchased. I went through the manufacturer as the faucet was under warranty, but were getting the runaround. I contacted Matilda at Save More. She also made attempts to contact the manufacturer, but when she realized that they weren't going to replace the item, she referred me to Narottam, who immediately made an appointment to come out to deal with the issue himself. He quickly assessed the problem and replaced the faucet on the spot! It is incredibly rare to find this level of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Save More. They didn't have to pick up the slack for the manufacturer, but we are so glad they did.

Be careful ordering from this store if you have a timeline for a renovation. The sales associate told me things were “in stock” when I paid. Turns out in stock actually means 2-3 weeks, then it turns out 2-3 weeks actually means some items may still be on back order after 3 weeks, with no estimated time of arrival. Everything they sell is says final sale and non-refundable on the receipt, which is unreasonable. What’s funny is that when we asked for a refund because some items were not in on time for our renovation, one guy said “excuse me sir, did we say guarantee?”I came here because my contractor sent me here to order from a sales associate. He ignored all my texts asking for the status of my items. I had to show up at the store to get an answer. My contractor told me to arrange for delivery to my home, and the store said they only do curbside delivery, which my contractor said was not true. Not sure what happened there but it was a stressful process.The worst part is, he sold me a trim that was the opposite of what I asked for. I wanted a trim with a handle that controlled both temperature and water pressure. I specifically told him that I need a different water temperature for washing my hair and body, and I hated having have to use the little temperature dial in the middle of the fancier trims. He sold me one that had a little dial in the middle of the trim, but he insisted the dial did not control temperature (I asked twice). He said it was just a diverter, and you can even have half of the water come out from the shower head and the other half come out from the spout at the same time. I thought, weird, why would anyone want that? But I trusted him and bought the trim. It turns out that little dial IS actually the temperature dial, and the trim is designed to work with a rain shower head plus a handheld shower (not have water come out from both shower head and tub spout which doesn't make sense at all). I only wanted a single shower head (he knew this), so he absolutely sold me the wrong trim.My contractor’s plumber installed it, so it’s too late for him to change it now because it would involve opening up the shower wall. Now I have a trim that I hate using.I was able to get a refund for an item that was on back order, and I drove straight to Splashes to buy the item that was actually in stock, and refundable as long as it’s still new in box!Btw, Save More Plumbing offers a $15 discount at the store if you leave a google review. That makes me doubt the validity of some of these reviews.
