Jessica Ferris is such a wonderful dietician who is incredibly knowledgeable of the food allergy world and all the struggles that go with it. She was able to offer alternatives to allergens for our 2 year old that worked well for our family and helped us locate safe foods when they weren’t easily accessible in stores. She is constantly researching and sharing her research to help us. I would highly recommend The Centre For Family Nutrition, especially if struggling with paediatric food allergies!

I had the privilege or speaking with Lesley Langille, one of the Registered Dietitian at The Centre for Family Nutrition. I had initially needed help because I was exclusively pumping for my son, and I needed help with the transition to lower sessions. Not only did she help with that, she helped as my son grew to almost 20 months and gave me great nutritional advice that left me with no pressure when feeding our son and having knowledge and confidence while doing so. I’m really thankful for my time with Lesley and I would highly recommend The Centre for Family Nutrition!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Centre for Family Nutrition and working with Jess. We came to Jess as very stressed out parents, concerned that our son wasn't eating enough or eating/trying a variety of foods and we didn't know what to do. She taught us about what we can control, what we can't and gave us very tactical takeaways after each session. We have noticed an incredible change in the variety of foods our son will now eat and try and meal time has gone back to being fun in our house. Thank you for everything, Jess!

I reached out to The Centre for Family Nutrition at my most desperate. Both my children were extreme picky eaters, refusing to even let a new food exist on their plate. Meal times were a cause of extreme anxiety, arguments and tears.We were given the wonderful Jessica, who was caring, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. She gave us some amazing advice and ideas custom to our children’s fears and issues.Fast forward and we have made huge progress. Our kids have added several new food items to their rotation and no longer fear new foods, even asking to try things on their own!Sending that email was the best thing I could have done!
