I don't know what the rave and high ratings is out about. I can't even complete the online application because it won't let me input my credit card information.

I was stranded in Ottawa with a dead battery and they not only remained open late to allow me to rent a car, but also delivered the car to me! The man was very friendly and offered to allow me to pay in the vehicle, but as a woman I was very hesitant and refused. He immediately met me in the open parking garage. This made the exchange feel a lot more safe. When I was returning the car the next day, I needed to fill up an unfamiliar car with gas. When I was struggling to figure out how to open the gas tank they answered the phone immediately and offered me assistance. They also provided me with clear instructions on where to deliver the vehicle. Just a very friendly and accommodating experience altogether! I would definitely use them again :)

I was very impressed with how helpful they have been. It reduced my dilemma by a huge fraction. I appreciate their support and kindness when I needed a vehicle ASAP!
