This is a great place for those experienced in cars or boats. And also those just getting started like myself about a year and a half ago. Great prices and they have a good rewards program. If you're going to spend that much money on your hobby, why not join the rewards program.

I went to a different shop first. Got ignored for 20 minutes. So I left and came here. The clerk greeted me right away. Listened to what I wanted, and sold me a good product. Hooked me up with some add-ons and spare parts. Took time to actually understand and explain things I was asking. He didn't pressure me. Didn't sell me what I didn't want or need. I found it refreshing actually. I'm just a novice in rc trucks, and the guys here made me feel comfortable. I wish I had caught their names. I will certainly be back.(4-18-23 about 6:30 pm)

Favorite store to shop regarding hobbies, I recommend anyone looking for rc car truck parts accessories to stop in and see the guys here, tell them ROE sent you, if they don't have your part, they'll do everything in their power to search it out, and get it for you

I am a 1/24-25th scale model car builder. I do a LOT of kitbashing". I also do inlays of woodwork...these guys have everything I need to keep my hobbies supplied. Their model car collection of kits for sale is incredible. The place is a God Send to us whom still enjoy our personal pastimes."

Knowledgeable employees about RC and the new systems used to power the vehicles and drones it can be confusing at times to set up and they are always willing to help I always shop with them cause they help you .

they don’t have a good selection of miniatures for tabletop gaming (they cater much more towards model vehicles and railroads), however their selection of tools for building game models and their selection of model acrylic paints is incredible! one of the best inventories in the metro detroit area in that regard. their prices for model paints are very competitive with the other local options, too. highly recommend this store for paints, brushes, files, clippers, glue etc etc if you’re a tabletop gamer.

Hands-down, I just experienced the best customer experience I have all day. If not all week. I don’t know that much about RC cars. I was able to go in there and tell them what I was having a problem with and they were able to get me the parts I needed and explained to me how to replace them. Unlike in a lot of specialty shops if you don’t know what you’re talking about they get frustrated with you. That was not the case here I will definitely be back and make sure I tell everyone I know to stop here for all of their hobby needs.

Went there today to buy parts/batteries for my current car and buy a new car. The guy I dealt with today seemed like I was just bothering him from the moment I came in. Seemed like it was just more attitude with every question I had or part I wanted. Wasn't the customer service you would expect when you walk into a buisness looking to spend a thousand dollars. Ended up not getting anything and leaving. Went home and got online, was able to purchase the parts, batteries and car all with out the attitude or feeling like I was inconveniencing anyone.
